CITY TOUR OF ZAGREB WITH COSTUMED GUIDES
We invite you to experience the past and present of Zagreb accompanied by famous personalities from Zagreb's past – August Šenoa, a novelist, and Marija Jurić Zagorka, a novelist and the first Croatian woman journalist. Guides are wearing 19th century costumes and a journey through Zagreb's past and heritage is enriched by the unique taste of pepper biscuits and coffee break in the bidermeier interior of an old cafe.

Green hills dotted with churches, romantic castles and thermal springs, tales and legends, a return to the old life as recalled in stories and books – Hrvatsko Zagorje, in north-western Croatia, is this and much more. Visit of Veliki Tabor castle, museum in Kumrovec, Drašković castle in Trakošćan, the most famous castle near the lake, which was built for the noble Drašković family. You could spend an enchanted afternoon in a castle, allowing yourself to live briefly in the past and learn about customs. You will return to the present richer with the feeling that this, however, is your time. Lunch on the family farm. Whilst you will be enjoying the typical zagorje meals, the kind host will be more than pleased to entertain you with the legend of tragic and forbidden love between two young people. This is way the hill bears the name Grešna Gorica – The hill of sin.
